OUR JOURNEY FOR PERFECTION
Many of the St. Urbans-Hof wines age in the typical fuder barrel.
In these large barrels they receive the time to mature with gentle micro-oxidation, receiving their 'polish'.
When Nik Weis and cellarmaster Rudi Hoffmann are convinced of their perfection only then will they be bottled in the typical antique-green bottle with the readily recognizable black and gold St. Urbans-Hof label.
These unique pieces of art, fashioned by knowledge, inspiration, and hard work are now ready to be transported to every region on Earth for enjoyment by lovers of perfect Mosel wines, those of St. Urbans-Hof.
